- 1 box small shell pasta
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- pepper to taste
In a medium sized sauce pan, cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in pan, add garlic and saute until tender and lightly browned. Return pasta to pan and stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste, completely coating pasta with butter, garlic, and cheese. Makes about 6 servings.
