Sauteed Scallops


  •  1 lb scallops (thawed or fresh)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 T butter
  • Dill to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • Lemon juice


In a large skillet, melt butter and lightly brown garlic, add scallops and sauté until cooked through and lightly browned. Sprinkle with Basil and Dill, if desired, and drizzle with lemon juice to desired taste.  Excellent served with Butter and Herb rice as a side.  Serves 4.
